3-year extended warranty included!
Regardless of the manufacturer's warranty for Brother TN-245 cartridges, we have extended the warranty to three years. If the cartridge stops working before its normal printing capacity is exhausted, we will refund the unprinted part. These Brother TN245 ink cartridges are NOT original cartridges manufactured by the printer manufacturer, i.e. they are so-called replacement cartridges. According to the law, the use of replacement cartridges does not void the warranty granted to the printer. Of course, the printer manufacturer is not responsible for (very unlikely) damages that are directly caused by using a cartridge other than the original. In practice, however, ink cartridges do not damage printers, whether they are original or replacement cartridges. (Rare) problems with print cartridges are usually related to print quality or the printer not recognizing that the cartridge has been changed (related to driver software updates). Our 3-year warranty covers these print quality or “start-up” issues, so you can save on printing costs with peace of mind by using replacement cartridges.
